We had a Black Pearl clam chowder tasting in the Newport store on Saturday and it was so much fun! hard to believe that it's as good as it is, but SERIOUSLY, it is!! Everyone agrees that you just can't tell the difference between the Black Pearl canned chowder and the fresh chowder they serve in the restaurant. Mmmm - mmm......good!

And on Sunday, we had a full-house with Muriel Barclay de Tolly signing books in the Newport store. her Puma books are a huge hit, as are the Behind Newport Doors cookbooks. Muriel was kind enough to leave us a bunch of signed copies so if you order quickly, you can get one autographed by Muriel herself!

Black Pearl Chowder Tasting

We're having a complimentary tasting of the Black Pearl clam chowder in the Newport store Saturday the 10th. Come by for a sample - it's so good!! 12:00 to 3:00pm - Everyone welcome!
